You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Please note: once a product has been opened and used, it cannot be accepted back as a standard return, since we cannot resell a used item. If a returned item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the refund entirely or to apply a restocking charge that reflects the loss in the item's resale value.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect, in which case we cover them.
